I noticed a different theme highlighted during the Web2.0 Expo in San Francisco organised by TechWeb and O'Reilly Conferences.
Although the past couple of years has seen Web2.0 technologies become more popular, this popularity has been restricted to the consumer environment with few clear revenue winners. This situation appears to be about to change, with Web2.0 technologies ready to make the leap from niche Intenet applications into Enterprise level collaborative applications.
An article by the BBC even suggestes that the market for social networking tools will be worth $5 billion by 2013.
