The Lessons

by The Mandarin 4/8/2008 11:45:00 AM

It was always my intention for this blog to be about being a cyberworker i.e. working in the Internet and Computing field remotely from home or indeed anywhere else. This would make this blog sort of like my own WebWorkerDaily blog.

As I am also working on a startup it only makes sense to deal with issues surrounding starting up, particularly as I am also in a new country and in an unfamiliar situation.  To that end I am going to record some of my most important lessons on this journey in this blog.  Although I will number them I'll be writing about the lessons in no particular order.

Stay tuned for the first installment when I have compsed my thoughts, as you may or may not have guessed there are things I wish to share or maybe I just want to unburden myself from time to time.

BlogEngine.Net Rocks!!

by The Mandarin 4/1/2008 8:03:00 AM

Although its still early days yet I have to say that I am impressed with the blogging platform that I've chosen.

Admittedly there are not that many open source ASP.Net blogging platforms around but blogengine meets my needs.
