The service provider engineer is going to come tomorrow to "boost" my signal, whatever that means.  No consistent Internet access till then, in the meantime I have been focusing on some of the business logic behind my system design for MendMyPC.   In particular I am focusing on the methodology for hourly charging and the implications this will have on transparency.

The clocks went forward yesterday.  Although I am based in Vienna which is Central European Time (CET), I also operate on UK time which is Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) so I have to check that the things that use CET AND gmt are all updated.
